She's cute & slightly cheeky. A celebration of the approach of summer.
I'm quite pleased with the hair and general shading. I'm thinking maybe the foreground hand has a few too many lines.... neh.
Original image inked and scanned then coloured in photoshop. Background creted entirely in photoshop.
[updated 29-04-06 - removed some unwanted lines (improved that dreadful "Man-hand"), and coloured in her eyebrows (which somehow, i had forgotten to do on the original).. ]

colours are nice... ^_^ shading's nice too.... I have a bit of a problem with the....err... 
bottom part of the body though...it might look better if it's a bit flatter(less highlight)...(in between the legs) cos I somehow find it a tad......er.r..freaky... for a girl to have it like that..
